As noted in the 2020 virtual meetings, because of the time constraints for a meeting among members in Asia, Europe, and North America, the proposed workshops will be limited to approximately three (3) hour sessions with the possibility of two sessions for each TA, depending upon interest, to ensure that there is sufficient time for discussions and limited impact on sleep. Each session will be limited to 6 or 7 talks lasting no more than 20 minutes with 5 minutes for questions and answers and a final 15- to 20- minute discussion to address research progress and the path(s) forward.
Moreover, each workshop may include one plenary presentation focusing on the progress and status of the TAC research and open to a more general audience.
The planned starting time will be 7:00 (Oak Ridge / EST) / 12:00 (Sheffield), 13:00 (Prague) / 14:00 (Helsinki) / and 20:00 (Nagoya and Seoul).
